What is the cost to register on this site?

Should I verify my account or NOT?
Once you have register to join you will be asked to verify your account. This is a Option in which you do not have to. The difference is 1- your listing page will show a gray not verified banner and it basically says that you may be a risk to deal with. If you verify you will have a green verified member and basically states that you are a real person and you are not a spammer.
How do I find what I'm looking for?
You have several options:
- We offer a quick search form on the front page for you to enter keywords to search.
- We offer an Advanced Search page for you to refine your search criteria.
- We offer browsing filters when you are browsing by category.
- If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.
Can I save items to revisit later?
Yes. You can maintain your own "favorites" list within your account. Each listing on our site has an "add to favorites" link. Simply click that link and we will add that item to your favorites list.
Why is emails, URLs and Phone Numbers not allowed in the description field?
We do not allow emails, URLS and Phone Numbers to be entered in the description field because this is a security feature, to keep you and your idenity safe. Robots can scan for this information and get your email, phone number and send you unwanted emails and calls. URLs are not allowed because a URLS can be a link to a site that can cause a virus to be place on your pc. You can be contacted through your My Account page without risk.
What if I can't find what I am looking for?
You can set up search filters within your account area. Our site will then screen all new listings, as they are placed on the site, and if an item is listed that meets your filter (search) criteria, we will automatically send you an email notification.
How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?
We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous.
Why do I have a negative amount in my account balance?
You have a negative amount in your account balance because you purchased something on the site and it was add as a negative amount or you requested support help on your storefront or ther item in you account and the negative amount is the fee charge for what work issues was done. The negative balance is to allow users to have and option to make payments on their account. The negative balance also has a 90 day limit that will allow the user to pay the charges or fees off within this time frame. Once the limit has been made the system will not let the user purchase any new items until the balance hase been paid. However the user may add money to thier account balance by clicking on add to balance.
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password click on log in. Next below where you enter your user name and password click on forgot password click here. Then you will be taken to another page so you can enter your email address. Just enter your email and enter the access code given and click send password. Then check your email for a temperary password word. Go back to classbidster's login page and enter your user and the temperary password.
How can I change my password?
Log in to your My Account page and at the left look for my account information click on this and look for a blue box that says edit info click this to make your changes
Why doesn't my listing that I posted to the site show up on my facebook page or the sites facebook page?
The RSS Graffiti is a third party app. To get your listing posted within a few seconds the user has to pay for it. If you choose "as soon as possible it is free and will take about 30 minutes to actually post to your facebook page as well as the sites facebook page. After you post your listing to the site wait 30 minutes and check your facebook page, if your listing is not showing on your facebook page go to our sites facebook page. If it shows up on our facebook page you have done something wrong. Re-read the help in the My Facebook category in your My Account. If you still have trouble Contact Us.
Is my primary email private to members of your site?
Once you have registered with us your email is public by default, to change it to private click on my account next to your name under our logo. Scroll down until you see message settings. Click on message settings, then click on the radio button next to private communication, then click save configuration. Your email will then be private to all members of our site. Be sure to only reply to buyers from within your "My Account" page If you reply to a buyer from your primary email the buyer will then have your email. Help us help you ONLY REPLY in your My Account.
What if I need more photos and videos per list can I get a custom plan with just what I need?
Sure, no problem. If you would like 50,70,80,or more photos and 5, 6, 7, or more videos, a long with bolding, better placement, attention gettes, featured level 1, and the StoreFront included all in one package. Just let us know what you need in your custom plan and we can set you up with your own personal plan that you specify and you can list as much as you want and renew your listing as much as you want all for a low monthly subscription.
Can a Custom plan be only for a certain category?
Yes it can. If your busienss is real estate, auto dealership, or you only offer a specific type of service we can customize a specific category plan that fits your needs.
Do you offer group plans?
Yes we do. Organization, Clubs, Business associates, High Schools, College Universities, etc. The more people in the group the better deal it will be for the individual of that group. We can set up a hugh package with all the bells and whistles incluced. Each individual of the group would pay a very low monthly or annual fee and list as much as they want with unlimited listings, with 40 or more photo uploads, 4 or more video uploads, bolding, better placement, attention getters, featured level 1, and the StoreFront all included per person, for a very low monthly or annual fee. As each member of the group would share the cost of the group package. So, the more you have in your group the less each individual member of the group would pay.
How can I advertise my business on your site?
There are many ways to advertise your business on our site. If you have a business site banner we can upload it to our Advertise With Us page. We can also place a larger banner on our home page. You can also advertise your business to one of our splash pages. Choose from a splash during registration which will show your ad to everyone that registers to join our site. Or splash during listing, which will show your ad to everyone during their listing process when they post a listing to our site. Or you can splash sponsor a group, whick will show your ad on every listing posted to our site from every member of a specific group.
